Pub Curry Nights

Where to enjoy a ruby down the pub in Swindon

Eating Out in Swindon
Not for one minute are we saying the very best curries can't be found at your local Tandoori restaurant, far from it.

The likes of Rafu, Sadik at The Khyber or Rokib at the Biplob definitely know their onion bhajis.

But sometimes when you think 'I fancy a curry' and the footy's on or you've young children, or just plain (naan) like a decent pint of proper real ale, then the great British boozer is the only place to head.

So here are the best pubs we know that hold a weekly curry night or regular promotion.

Woodlands Edge & Brookhouse Farm
West Swindon

Curry and a pint West Swindon
Spicy Wednesday is the night to pay a visit to either of these pubs in West Swindon, where a curry and a pint is on offer for just £4.99, or as part of their Big Bombay Banquet with a naan bread and big deal drink for £6.99.

The Crown Inn
Stratton

Every Thursday night, £6.95/person with a choice of 3 dishes. Extras available to add.

Worth noting
If there's a few of you...

The Aussie chef at The Plough at Badbury is somewhat of a curry specialist. He doesn't do a regular curry night as such but can cater if a group want to book a special 'curry night' at the pub.

Coming Soon...

Rose & Crown
Ashbury

One to think of in the future! The Rose & Crown at Ashbury will be introducing a new chef to their already fantastic team, who will be bringing the tastes of his home country - Malaysia - to the restaurant.

Expect sumptuous Yellow Malaysian curries alongside favourites such as Red & Green Thai dishes.
